The Adult & Community Services Director provides leadership and management over multiple programs at Pearl Buck Center. This position will direct Community Employment, Supported Living, Project SEARCH, Life Enriching Activities Program (LEAP), and the Post-Secondary Educational Academy.

Pearl Buck Center offers all employees free gym membership, life and AD&D coverage, reimbursement for mileage and supplies, 401(k) plan with 3% matching, CPR training, OIS training, and umbrella PTO.
