Do you want to inspire people to make positive changes in their lives? Then the Bilingual Mental Health Therapist in our Counseling Program may be right for you!

Essential Functions:

As the Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, you are responsible for the provision of culturally informed, effective, quality counseling services to Counseling Program clients. You will provide services and treatments to Spanish-speaking clients through fluent Spanish communication as well as other languages you may share with your clients.

You will work in an office in Eugene or Springfield. Option for remote work flexibility may be provided with telehealth services.

Pay, Bonus', and Benefits:

  • Salary: $40,000 - $55,000, dependent on experience
  • After the introductory period, good-standing licensed clinicians have the opportunity to transition into a job rate agreement.
  • Full-time employees are eligible for a competitive benefits package effective on the first of the month after working 60 continuous days of employment.   • Bonus and Wage Increase Opportunities:
    • Eligible for pay increase once meeting productivity expectations.
    • Clinicians may be eligible for bonuses for completing training and providing specialty care.
    • Eligible for a pay increase after completion of licensure.
    • Eligible for a pay increase after two years of employment.
  • With a 3-year minimum service obligation, you may qualify for a tax-free student loan repayment program.
    • The Counseling Program partners with the Oregon Behavioral Loan Repayment Program, Oregon Health Care Loan Program, and the Scholars for a Healthy Oregon Initiative. You may qualify for the loan repayment program if you remain a full-time service provider at Looking Glass for a 3-year minimum service obligation. After meeting those obligations you may earn a tax-free award of 50% of your qualifying educational loan debt balance, up to $50,000 per obligation year.


  • Qualified applicants are fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish preferred).
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Candidates should have at least one year of experience working in direct treatment with youth and families.
  • Certifiable as a Qualified Mental Health Professional and have the ability to have a licensure plan approved by the appropriate licensing board within six months of hire or be an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
