If so, the Secretary III role at our Center Point School may be a great fit for you!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The Secretary is responsible for the efficient operation of all of the clerical functions of Center Point School and provides office support to the Center Point School staff. Additionally, this position is responsible for processing accounts receivable and billing on a computerized billing program.

The Center Point School is an alternative school that offers academic services in a therapeutic environment for middle and high-school-aged youth with emotional, neurological, and/or behavioral issues. Highly trained and professional staff offer expertise in mental health treatment, special education, and counseling.

PAY & BENEFITS:

  • $15.00/hour!
  • Competitive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), 401K, disability, etc.
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm work schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In accordance with the Oregon Health Authority rule, all K-12 staff must be fully vaccinated or have an approved exemption/accommodation before beginning work.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Prior secretarial, receptionist, or clerical experience
  • Experience working with computer software programs (emphasis on spreadsheets and word processing), accounts receivable, and billing systems are needed for the position
