WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

As our Director of Customer Service, you'll oversee and guide the planning and execution of all customer service initiatives. You'll develop and maintain performance metrics, implement best practices, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance customer experiences. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate service standards across our multi-location operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing customer service teams to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Recruiting and developing talent to build high-performing teams.
  • Driving contact center operations with efficient workflows and standardized procedures.
  • Leveraging data to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement lasting solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE

  • Experience in service operations management with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Leadership experience: 5+ years leading customer service or related teams.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and office software.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and teams.
  • Problem-solving expertise: Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees or certifications in Lean/Six Sigma are a plus.

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This full-time role is based at JAJ Corporate HQ in Coburg, OR. While the core schedule is Monday through Saturday as needed, flexibility is key to ensuring the success of the customer service operations.
