What will you be doing?

✔️Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (preferred).
✔️Previous experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
✔️Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
✔️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
✔️Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software.
✔️Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
✔️Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
✔️Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
