Begin your day responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, helping RV owners identify the right parts for their needs. You'll file insurance claims and coordinate with glass shops to schedule installations. Throughout the day, you'll manage quotes, invoices, and order forms, ensuring everything is accurate and timely. If any issues arise with freight, payments, or warranties, you'll work with internal teams to resolve them quickly. The role is dynamic, with a balance between independent tasks and teamwork.
