Industrial Finishes & Systems, Inc. is seeking a confident MS Teams, SharePoint and database systems guru to join our dedicated, fun and close-knit IT team at our corporate office in Eugene, Oregon!

About the Position.

The primary purpose of this invaluable position is to act as the primary conduit of IT support for our employees working with data base application, MITS data mining, sales rep commission, SQL database programs and Microsoft. You will also manage project implementation with third-party vendors and be our resident SharePoint expert. For further information about the job, please see below.

Essential Job Functions

  • Primary tier 1 or 2 support for those systems to end users via voice, remote access, and personal contact.
  • Training - take part in presenting and training as required for the department and for locations, both remotely and on-site. Create documentation and train 3rd party technicians to configure our desktops during large-scale rollout.
  • General networking - assist with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues alongside internal I.T. staff and 3rd party vendors.
  • Project management - May set up or design databases in conjunction with third party vendors and end users, provide documentation to be followed on projects.
  • Coordinate on-site installs with vendors, provide documentation to be followed on projects, work with third party vendors and techs alongside I.F. employees to solve complex network issues.
  • May schedule technicians remotely, and locally - work with employees and coordinate with users, as necessary. Organize and document paperwork describing requests in detail for technicians to use.
  • May perform duties including office environment - keep necessary equipment stocked, recycle old equipment as necessary, discard toners, keep office and warehouse area clean and organized.
