The Family Support Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of Pearl Buck Center Family Supports program, overseeing activities, staff, logistics and ensuring a safe and efficient environment while adhering to Pearl Buck Center policies and goals. In coordination with the Preschool and Family Supports Director, the Family Supports Coordinator will ensure compliance with regulations required by contracts, grants, and DELC. The person in this position will help to create unique and engaging respite experiences, home visiting, and foster teachers and family supports staff to be passionate and committed professionals while applying Pearl Buck Center's core values of stewardship, compassion, integrity and equity.
