Our customer service business model has focused the need for a friendly, first point-of-contact HR Generalist functioning as a help desk for our employees.
Every day will be different as you facilitate employee problem solving using logical HR best practices or engaging with other HR team professionals to get a path forward for the employees.
This position also manages our HRMS/HRIS systems.
