Job coaching involves mentoring individuals with a variety of abilities in a community employment setting. The job provides some flexibility in hours worked, variation in routine based on different job sites and a high level of satisfaction in seeing individuals develop under your guidance. Job Coaches may also be cross-trained to work with clients in non-work settings, providing supports for outings and activities such as going to the gym together, going for walks in the park, or taking an art class. Experience is welcome but not required. We have staff ready to train you to be successful.
The current schedule we are looking to fill is 3:30 -11:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Proof of covid-19 vaccinations are required for employment. Exemptions must be approved by HR prior to employment.
