The Job Training Supervisor is responsible for the development and implementation of the Job Training program at Riverfront School and Career Center. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, liaison with funding sources and coordination with other Riverfront programs.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree, a minimum of 3 years experience in related field, two years working with at-risk youth, & two years in a supervisory position. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred and receives a bilingual pay bonus upon completion of an exam. Hours are Monday - Friday with occasional evening hours based on program needs.
Essential duties for this position include;
Overseeing Internal Operations such as procedural compliance and participation in management
Supervision of assigned program staff and volunteers
Records maintenance and reporting as required
Active in community relations such as giving presentations to businesses & community agencies
Assisting in budget development and monitoring expenditures for the Job Training program
