ABOUT THE ROLE OF MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY MANAGER

Schedule & Location: The schedule is Monday through Friday. While the job is mostly weekdays, you might need to step in for an occasional weekend (just 1-2 times a year) or visit one of our other locations.

A Day in Life: In this role you'll be ensuring the safety of our operations in partnership with key stakeholders. Oversight of 14 offsite properties, ensuring protocols are rock solid, workspaces are tidy, and equipment is always in top shape. Whether it's performing preventive maintenance, fixing unexpected issues, or managing contractors and vendors, you'll be the go-to problem solver. With a mix of hands-on work and leadership, you'll keep our facilities running like a well-oiled machine.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in safety programs and leadership
• Facilities and building maintenance knowledge
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and organize effectively
• Ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise
