Description

Individuals assigned to this position work in a team setting to perform a wide variety of administrative support for the Fleet Management Department. Responsibilities include document, data, and records management; providing excellent internal and external customer service; projects and programs; and process improvement and general administration.

Experience:

  • Five (5) years of administrative or clerical experience in a customer service, team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

  • An Associate's degree or course work in relevant areas such as Business or Marketing is desirable.
  • A valid Oregon State Driver's License and a driving record acceptable to the District's insurance carrier
