A Supported Living Provider is a life helper to individuals who possess a variety of abilities. Some individuals need some assistance to engage in community activities such as shopping, going on outings or doctor appointments. A supported living provider will assist those individuals in their homes, mentoring basic life skills such as keeping a clean house, managing finances and dealing with situations that enter people's daily lives. A supported living provider truly make a difference in the quality of someone's life. Experience is welcome but not required. We have staff ready to train you to be successful.

This position is part time, less than 30 hours per week.
