The Teacher works in a team teaching environment and is responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of the education program in their assigned classroom. Classrooms range from 8-16 students, serving mostly high school students. The teacher works closely with the Education Supervisor and Instructional Assistant to establish a flexible, alternative learning environment where students experience academic success while gaining skills to support their transition to independence.
