About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician/Millwright Apprentice to join our team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will play a vital role in maintaining equipment. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to learn, as you will be expected to assist in maintenance needs in various areas on various machines. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, we encourage you to apply.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Maintaining equipment. Preventative and predicitive maintenance
• Assist in troubleshooting and machine breakdowns
• Planning and preparing parts and tools for planned maintenance and repair
• Rebuilding and servicing hand tools
• Light welding and metal fabrication
• Maintaining inventory and supply needs

Qualifications:

• A background in welding/torch
• Mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge
• Plumbing/pneumatic or hydraulic system familiarity are a plus
• Basic machine and shop practices
• Detail oriented and safety conscious
• Positive attendance record and reliable
• Ability to do standing work for a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
