9Wood is currently recruiting full-time General Production Workers for our day shift (M-Th 6am-4:30pm, with some overtime requirements) and swing shift (M-Th 4pm-230am and a $1/hr differential pay rate). This position is responsible to safely assemble ceiling panels per 9Wood product standards and drawings, meet quality and schedule requirements for the work center and be an engaged and effective team member to accomplish work center and 9Wood goals.

We will give you 30 days to pass a drug test for THC if needed.

Health, Dental, and Life benefits begin the first of the month following 60 days, with additional benefits beginning after 90 days. 9Wood is also transitioning into an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) in the near future. This will give you a chance to vest ownership into the company!

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to follow directions given from the lead of the dept.
• Proficient at moving and handling material within the work center
• Follow all safety policies and guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE's
• Ability to work hard
• Understand and follow directions for varying tasks
• Stand and move around for up to 10 hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper form
