About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Specialist to joining our team. As a Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our production department by ensuring the safe and efficient production of our products. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to learn, as you will be assisting in various work centers based on the needs of the department. We are willing to train the right candidate! If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, we encourage you to apply.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 4:15pm - 2:45am

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Support production needs within assigned work centers based on daily staffing and workload.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Produce products that meet quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks quickly.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to do standing work for a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
