POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of Development and Community Impact at United Way of Lane County (UWLC) is a key leadership role responsible for securing sustainable funding to strategically invest resources back into the Lane County community and support healthy organizational operations. This position drives intentional investment -- designing, framing, and stewarding grants, partnerships, and community-centered initiatives that deepen equitable outcomes for children, families, and priority populations across the region. The successful candidate is a proven leader in generating significant financial support, with a strong track record of cultivating donor relationships, securing major gifts, and identifying new revenue opportunities through innovative, strategic approaches. With a deep commitment to equity, early childhood success, and long-term community well-being, the Vice President plays a vital role in ensuring every investment drives measurable, lasting impact. SALARY STATEMENT
The budgeted lifespan salary range for this position is currently $96,667 to $135,333 per year. Proffered salaries are determined by several factors including applicant's knowledge, skills, experience, position, equity, and market. We offer an English-Spanish bilingual pay differential for eligible employees.
