Looking Glass Community Services is actively recruiting a Program Manager to join our homeless youth services team with our New Roads Program!

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the quality control functions and continuous quality improvement of the New Roads Urban location including the supervision of the staff, safety and compliance of program, hiring and training of new staff, and supporting guests accessing drop in center and outreach services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience working with youth and demonstrated experience in personnel supervision or applicable lived experience
  2. Certification: Preferred to have a valid Driver's License, have an acceptable driving record, and be insurable under the Agency's auto insurance policy
  3. Availability: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, would include "on-call" responsibilities after hours and on weekends. Schedule may be variable based on program need

We are seeking applicants with knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and best practices/standards in behavioral health and social services for youth and families. Knowledge of program development and evaluation methods would also be ideal. Specific Duties: Specific duties include the management of internal operations, personnel, and community relations, as well as general program and fiscal management. Applicants should have, at least, working knowledge on each category.
