Looking Glass' Station 7 program is seeking candidates for Youth Development Advocate. The Youth Development Advocate assists with coordination of the service plan including integration of support team members, key agencies and youth participants. This position assists with providing crisis intervention, maintaining a positive milieu, creating behavior management plans and case coordination for youth and family who access services.
