About Us: Shadow Hills Country Club is a private Country Club in Junction City, OR. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for both members and guests. We're currently seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Golf Pro Shop Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist golfers with merchandise selection and sales
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases and tee time check-ins
• Schedule tee times and answer phone inquiries
• Restock and organize inventory, including apparel, equipment, and accessories
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the pro shop
• Support the golf professional staff as needed (e.g., tournament setup, lessons, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Interest in golf and basic knowledge of the game (preferred but not required)
• Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with basic computer and POS systems
