United Way of Lane County is seeking a results-driven, donor-focused Corporate Relations Manager. This leader is responsible for growing and stewarding corporate partnerships and workplace giving efforts that advance United Way of Lane County's mission and strategic objectives. This role leads a portfolio of corporate accounts, drives the annual Community Campaign, and develops innovative strategies to increase corporate giving, sponsorships, and long-term engagement.
Individuals successful in this position have an aptitude for creating an exceptional philanthropic experience and sincerely enjoy building authentic, transformational relationships with corporate partners, volunteers, donors, and fellow staff. They tend to have a strong understanding of the local business and community landscape and a proven ability to generate sustainable revenue growth.

SALARY STATEMENT
The budgeted lifespan salary range for this position is currently: $55,500-$77,700 annually. Offered salaries are in alignment with Oregon's pay equity requirements and are determined by several factors including applicant's knowledge, skills, experience, position, equity, and market. We offer a bilingual pay differential for eligible employees.
