United Way of Lane County seeks an enthusiastic and engaged Parenting Education Navigation Manager. We are creating a new closed-loop navigation and referral system for families with children from prenatal to age 8. The Navigation Manager will develop the referral system within the Unite Us platform and supervise the bilingual-bicultural navigators. This position will also engage in community resource outreach and system organization. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and thrive in an environment with complex work. The Parenting Education Navigation Manager works closely with all UWLC staff and departments, particularly Education staff, nonprofit agency partners, community service groups, and government agencies. Develop knowledge around resource navigation and family supports available in Lane County. Communicates effectively in writing with ability to create or collaborate in grant-making and reporting requirements. SALARY STATEMENTThe budgeted lifespan salary range for this position is currently $51,786 to $62,143 annually.
